1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee on all paid programmes if you are not satisfied. Refunds are available from the date of purchase. This applies to Starter Plans, Guided Plans, and the first month of Intensive Coaching.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us at info@clearingcharge.top with your purchase details. We will review your request and process refunds within 5–7 business days. Include your name, email, and reason for refund.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: digital downloads after 14 days; coaching sessions already completed; materials or resources already accessed; purchases made outside the 14-day window.

5. Cancellation of Recurring Plans

You can cancel your Intensive Coaching plan at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month. No refund is issued for the current month's payment, but your plan will not renew.

6. No-Questions-Asked Guarantee

Within 14 days, you can request a refund for any reason, no questions asked. We believe in our services and want you to be fully satisfied.
